From an anthropological point of view, this film is worth it. The traditions of rural, mountainous Georgia are wonderfully colourful (if not misogynistic and patriarchal): a bullet wrapped in black cloth is thrown into yard of the father of the woman who is to kidnapped, the night before she is kidnapped!! Now that is what I call specific.
